Paul Hale | Chief Executive Officer
Paul founded SpectraCorp in 1991 to serve the telecommunications needs of the healthcare, hospitality and higher education markets. As the company grew and evolved to focus exclusively on the healthcare market, Paul’s primary area of interest has been cultivating relationships with current and prospective clients. By building these relationships, serving as advocates for customers and, of course, providing real ROI to healthcare enterprises, Paul and his team at SpectraCorp enjoy annual customer retention rates above 98%.
Prior to founding SpectraCorp, Paul worked for MCI Telecommunications, performing successfully at the company’s Tulsa and Dallas operations. His tenure at MCI provided Paul with the foundational knowledge and entrepreneurial vision that led to SpectraCorp.
Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, Paul graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Business Administration in 1982.
Gregory E. Hall | Chief Operating Officer and Director, Consulting Services
Greg joined SpectraCorp in 2010 as COO, bringing more than 40 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and 25 years of corporate leadership. Over his career, he has held management and technical positions with Western Electric, Southwestern Bell, Arabian American Oil Company, System One, Intellicall and ILD Corp.
Greg earned his Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Missouri.
Theresa Harp | Controller and Finance Manager
Teri serves SpectraCorp with more than 35 years of management and accounting experience, spanning multiple industries, including government, electronics, entertainment, education, healthcare and telecommunications. Prior to joining SpectraCorp, she served companies ranging from startups to multi-national corporations. With more than 10 years at SpectraCorp and 4 years serving as a director for a national healthcare management company, Teri provides the leadership and expertise for our accounting team, effectively meeting the needs of our customers.
Teri grew up in an Air Force family, was stationed in Japan and has lived in several states across America. She earned her BBA in Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Texas. She is an active member of the AICPA.
Christina Orlando | Director, Language Access Services
As Director of Language Access Services, Chris is responsible for overseeing the sales, implementation, training and customer service for our interpretation and translation clients. She manages and administers customer support strategies and policies and is responsible for the overall management of relationships with our language clients.
Chris brings to SpectraCorp more than 35 years of business experience. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois and a Masters of Business Administration Degree from The University of Dallas.
