Paul Hale

Founder and CEO

Paul founded SpectraCorp in 1991 to meet the communication needs of the healthcare, hospitality, and higher education markets. Prior to SpectraCorp, he held sales and sales management roles at MCI Telecommunications, where he built longstanding client partnerships and gained the experience that helped pave the way for SpectraCorp’s success. Paul is known for his genuine passion for building strong connections with everyone he meets.

Paul graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Business Administration. He actively volunteers with several charitable organizations, enjoys travel, and serves in an advisory capacity to cultural institutions in Dallas.

Lisa Medina

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

With over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Lisa has been a pivotal part of SpectraCorp since 2016. Starting as the Director of Operations, she quickly advanced to Vice President of Operations and now serves as the Chief Operating Officer. Her extensive background includes a 17-year tenure at ILD Corp, where she held various managerial roles, gaining comprehensive business knowledge and providing expert guidance to support enterprise-level initiatives.

At SpectraCorp, Lisa is known for her dedication to continuous improvement and innovation. She consistently develops solutions to streamline and automate processes, fostering collaboration across departments. Her leadership empowers a high-performing operations team, driving success and efficiency throughout the organization. Lisa is an avid Dallas Cowboys and Dallas Mavericks fan.

Tom Hurt

Vice President, Rural Health Care Program

Tom has been an integral part of the SpectraCorp team since 2009. Prior to joining us, he spent many years working as a software engineer and systems manager. His unique blend of technical skills and relationship management has made him a vital liaison for supporting larger and more complex hospital systems. Tom oversees IT requirements, serves as our Database Administrator (DBA), manages our largest customers, and mentors our Account Managers. He develops innovative solutions to streamline and automate processes for maximum efficiency.

Tom earned his Bachelor of Arts, Computer Science/Mathematics degree from Austin College in Sherman, TX. He, too, is an avid Dallas Mavericks Fan!

Bryan East

Sales Engineer

Prior to joining SpectraCorp, Bryan designed Enterprise Cellular WAN networks for several Fortune 500 companies. At SpectraCorp, Bryan provides technical guidance to hospital IT network engineers on navigating the RHC program. Additionally, he serves on the SHLB Cybersecurity committee, dedicated to Congressionally furthering the security interests of rural hospitals.

Bryan received his master’s degree in Cybersecurity from Purdue University. He published an article on the convergence of AI and Quantum Computing, as it affects cybersecurity, and is also a published children’s book author. In his spare time, Bryan enjoys mentoring troubled youth in the community.

Gladys Harvey

Vice President, Language Services

Gladys joined SpectraCorp in 2015, bringing with her a strong customer service background in management. With over a decade of expertise in the language industry, she has cultivated strong relationships with both our customers and vendor partners. She also has a focus on continuous improvement and innovation. Her unwavering dedication to surpassing customer expectations, while providing cost-effective language solutions, ensures a valuable and enduring partnership.

Gladys received her associate degree from Collin College. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas. Gladys enjoys running, and she completed her first marathon in 2024.

Lisa McCauley

Controller

Lisa joined SpectraCorp in 2024, bringing with her a distinguished financial background. Prior to joining us, she worked as a financial executive for over 15 years. Lisa quickly became an essential part of the SpectraCorp management team. She is focused on collaboration with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, as well as the SpectraCorp team. Her comprehensive and strategic approach has been instrumental in driving the success of both SpectraCorp and its clients.

Lisa received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls, IA. Lisa loves her Green Bay Packers.

Salena Bonczar

HR Manager and Recruitment

Salena joined SpectraCorp in 2023 with over 20 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources. Salena has spearheaded recruitment initiatives, developed strategic hiring plans, and fostered strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Salena received her Bachelor of Science degree in Organization Management and Leadership from Friends University in Wichita, KS. Salena loves a good book any day.
